Activate the service and start using it:
1. The user must register all required personal information and business data to use the platform services.

3. 5. The user acknowledges that he/she is authorized by legal proof of identity documents, that he is the natural person authorized to register for the platform from that legal person, and that the user acknowledges that the platform will in no way assume whether the user acting on the account is not authorized.

Supplier terms and conditions:
1. 2. The platform does due diligence to verify the authenticity of such documents, nor does it in any case guarantee the validity of the documents submitted, and in doing so when suspected or verified that one of those documents has been falsified in retaining the right to compensation and claiming the damages it has suffered.
3. The supplier understands that the bidding platform provided by the buyers is clear, correct and not misleading, and therefore make the appropriate effort to meet the bidding platform's details when submitting the application, and the platform is not responsible for the validity of the data or information entered by the buyers, and the role of the platform in this regard is limited to the buyer's offer to various suppliers, and the platform does not guarantee that the buyer is committed to other regulations or regulations when presented to the platform.
4. The supplier is aware that its data and information will be displayed on the platform, as it is already entered from, so that the information and data entered should be validated and confidential throughout its use of the platform.

6. 7. 8.
